GO Alpine operates daily, scheduled, shared ride shuttles between the Denver
International Airport and Steamboat Springs. Choose from four times during the
winter season and three times during the spring/summer/fall seasons. Sit back,
relax and let our professional drivers deliver you to your lodging location in
Steamboat!

“Shared ride” service means you will be sharing a ride on a vehicle with
passengers going to multiple locations. Reservations are required to guarantee a
seat and payment is due at the time of the booking. A fifteen minute rest stop is
made each way in Silverthorne.

Reservations may be made for stops at I-70 and Kipling Street in west Denver, or
the towns of Silverthorne and Kremmling. All pick-ups at these locations must be
pre-arranged and paid for in advance.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
It is approximately 180 miles (290 kilometers) from Denver to Steamboat
Springs. The drive time is generally 4 to 4.5 hours, depending upon traffic,
road, and weather conditions. Because of this we cannot be responsible for
missed flights. DIA recommends arriving at the airport at least 90 minutes
prior to domestic departures, and 2 hours prior to international departures. We
recommend scheduling your departure from Steamboat Springs at least 6
hours prior to your flight departure time.

Arrival Information: Meet our shuttle at DIA on the East side of the Baggage Claim
Level, Door 511, Mountain Carrier Island.
Departure Information: Pick-up times from your lodging location in Steamboat begin
50 minutes prior to scheduled shuttle departure time. Times are based on location and
will be pre-determined when you make your reservation.
NOTE: We send vehicles on each trip that are large enough to accommodate the
number of people who have made reservations. You are strongly urged to make an
advance reservation, since walk-up passengers are boarded on a space-available
basis only.

arrival and take you safely, comfortably and economically to your lodging location in
Steamboat Springs.

We meet all flights arriving in the winter season and only those with advanced reservations
during the spring/summer/fall seasons.

Arrival Information: Please check in at the GO Alpine counter located in the
baggage claim area of the terminal, prior to retrieving your luggage.
Departure Information: The airlines have requested that all departing passengers arrive at
least 90 minutes prior to their scheduled departure time (2 hours for Saturdays and
Sundays.) The pick-up time from your lodging location in Steamboat accounts for this
request, plus picking up other passengers, the drive time, and the possibility of adverse
road, traffic and weather conditions. GO Alpine wants you to have a safe ride to the
airport, and we want you to make your flight. The pick-up time assigned for your return
to the airport is the result of our many years of experience and our knowledge of the area.


Private Vehicle Service
No matter the size of your party - we have the right vehicle for you!
With our exclusive "Private Service," we meet you and your family or group at the
Hayden (HDN) or Denver (DEN) airport and deliver you directly to your lodging!

The vehicle sent to meet you will be large enough to accommodate the number of
people in your party. We cannot reserve a particular size, make or model of vehicle
in advance, since our vehicles are assigned daily according to volume & availability.

Would you like to stop on your way into town at the supermarket, liquor store,
or ski/board rental shop? Not a problem. We'll be glad to do it!

Private Vehicle Wait Time - If your arrival is delayed, we will wait for you. Wait
time is free for the first hour, then a waiting charge of $55 per hour per vehicle,
with a one hour minimum, is applied after the free hour, up to a maximum of
5 hours. Additional charges will apply for delays in excess of 5 hours.
Note: This policy applies to all airports, railroad stations, bus depots, etc.
except the Yampa Valley/Hayden Airport, where there is no waiting fee if your
inbound flight is delayed.

Lost or Damaged Luggage - Alpine shall not be held liable for more than $250
 per piece of luggage and its contents due to loss or damage.

Limitations of Liability - Alpine will not be responsible for delays caused by weather,
road, or traffic conditions; mechanical failure; or any other conditions beyond our
control. Any expenses arising as a result of delayed departure or arrival times,
including missed flights or travel connections, are the sole responsibility of the passenger.



FAQ's - Frequently Asked Questions

Does GO Alpine offer lower fares for children?
Children 5 years and under ride free - one per full-fare adult (if you have more
children than adults, the additional children are charged the Junior Fare). Juniors ages
6-12 ride at half fare.

Should I bring a car seat for my children?
Under Colorado law, infants must ride in a rear-facing child safety seat until they are
at least one year old and weigh at least 20 pounds. Children one to four years old who
weigh 20-40 pounds must ride in a forward facing child safety seat. Children weighing
over 40 pounds or who are 4-6 years old must ride in a child booster seat unless they
are at least 55 inches tall. GO Alpine has a limited number of forward-facing car safety
seats available free of charge, if you request one at the time of making your reservation
- but we highly recommend bringing your own car seat.

How much luggage can I bring?
In general, if the airlines let you bring it without charging extra, so do we.If you have
large, bulky items (other than skis or snowboards), please let us know when making
your reservation, as there could be an additional charge. Bicycles must be boxed.

Is GO Alpine’s service “door to door”?
Yes! The fares for all airport shared-ride and private service are for door-to-door
service within the Steamboat Springs city limits (which includes the Ski Mountain). Trips
to locations outside of our city limits will incur an additional charge at our local taxi rates.

What if my flight is late?
It depends on whether you are flying into the Yampa Valley Regional Airport
(Hayden) or the Denver International Airport...
Denver International Airport (DEN): Because we run on a schedule to and from
Denver International Airport, we cannot hold a vehicle at DIA for more than a few
minutes and then only if you call us to let us know that your plane is late and what time
you expect to be at the curb-side pick-up point. If you arrive too late, call us and we will
reserve your seat(s) on the next scheduled vehicle, on a space available basis.
Yampa Valley Regional/Hayden Airport: Since our service is flight specific at the
Hayden Airport, we will know that your flight is arriving late and we will be there waiting
for you when your plane arrives if you have already made a reservation.

What if I miss my flight?
GO Alpine will not be responsible for delays caused by weather, road or traffic
conditions; mechanical failure; or any other conditions beyond our control. Any
expenses that arise as a result from delayed departure or arrival times, including missed
flights or other travel connections, are the sole responsibility of the passenger.

Does GO Alpine allow pets?
Shared-ride vehicles: Dogs are allowed as long as they have a kennel to ride in. If the kennel
takes up an entire seat, there will be an additional charge. Also, please notify GO Alpine at the
time of booking if you plan on bringing your pet on our shuttle.
Private vehicles: Allowed, if in a kennel and you’ve notified us of your pet at the time of
making your reservation.

Is tipping allowed?
Unless otherwise noted, shared ride and private vehicle airport rates do not include
a gratuity. Tipping is allowed and is very much appreciated by our professional drivers.

What is our refund policy?
Prepaid reservations cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up
time will be refunded, less a $10.00 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for
cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the pick-up time.
