We employ approximately 70 professionally-trained drivers and chauffeurs have clean driving records and background checks, and must pass DOT physicals and regular drug tests. GO Best Express maintains an expansive fleet of 54 vans, sedans, stretch limos, luxury 6-passenger coaches, 16-32 passenger mini-coaches and a 57 passenger motor coach. All vehicles are smoke-free, cleaned daily and inspected regularly. We carry more than the required insurance for your safety and protection.

Are your vehicles non-smoking? Yes.
Do you provide car seats? No. Car
seats are required by law in all our share-ride vans.
Do you allow animals in your vehicles? What is the maximum
size for share-ride and private service?
Yes, we allow guests to bring crated pets. The pet’s crate must fit at owner’s feet; for exclusive service.
How far in advance do I need to make my reservation?
From St. Louis - Lambert International Airport: Advanced reservations from the airport aren’t required, but they do enable our dispatchers to schedule the right number of vans each day and help us to efficiently group other share ride guests, which keeps your wait and travel time to a minimum. You can also save money - book round trip between Lambert Airport and anywhere in our service area, and save $5 off your fare (not including an already discounted scheduled service).

Airport Check-in Procedures
How do I find you at the airport?
For your convenience our Airport Passenger Service Counters are located near the baggage carousels in Terminal 1 & Terminal 2.
(American Airlines, Delta, Northwest, Continental, United etc.)
Located near baggage carousel 2.
(Southwest Airlines, Charter Flights and USA 3000)
Located at Exit 12 by the baggage area.
What should I do if my flight is late? We do not activate your reservation until you check in with our coordinators. You must check in to activate your reservation.
How often do your shuttles leave the airport? From the time you check in with our coordinators it can take up to 20 minutes, depending on the peak time. Do not expect a van to be waiting for you, however. You will be subject to being assigned a van after reserved guests who have checked in ahead of you. We route guests together as they check in at the booth and as our van supply allows.
Do kids ride free? For all of our airport
transfers, children 5 and under ride free per paying adult. So, for
example, if you have two adults and two children (5 and under), the two
children ride free. If you have one adult and two children, one of the
children rides free. Children ages 6-12 are just $12!
Is there a round trip fare? How much? Yes, you save $5.00 off when you book a round trip (not including an already discounted scheduled service).
Do I have to pre-pay?
No. You may pay the driver directly with cash, credit/debit card or traveler’s check on the day of travel. We accept all the major credit cards (Master, Visa, American Express and Discover). You can also prepay with your credit card by calling our reservations department or by choosing the credit card option when making your online reservation.
