GO Rochester Direct is your connection between Rochester MN and the Minneapolis St Paul
International Airport. Providing you convenient, safe, and economical transportation to the airport.
We have 24 hour phone service and online reservation system so you can book whenever is right
for your schedule.
You do the planet a favor by using our service too! Every seat taken by a person is a
car off the road and gas saved.
We do provide service to Pine Island, Zumbrota, and Cannon Falls.
Please call as special reservations are required for these locations.
GO Rochester Direct carefully maintains a fleet of 15 passenger vans.
All vehicles are smoke-free,cleaned twice daily and inspected regularly.
We carry more than the required insurance for your safety and protection.
What are your hours of
GO Rochester Direct operates 365 days a year.
Our call center is open 24 hrs a day and our vans
are on the road about 19 hours a day.
We may have an abbreviated schedule on or around certain holidays
(New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day).
But what if it's SNOWING?
It does snow in Minnesota and we do drive while it is snowing.
Canceled shuttles are extremely rare and usually occur as a result of
extreme winter storm conditions.
Extreme conditions are considered high winds,freezing rain or icy conditions.
Keep in mind that if driving conditions are poor, it may take longer than normal
to reach the airport. However, at the same time the flights are often delayed
because it takes longer to de-ice the planes and clear the runways.
Do you offer private rides?
We provide shared ride van service with optional home pickup and drop off
available in Rochester. Home pickup reservations must be made by calling
our reservation number. Chartered private van service available by special arrangement.
We pick up and drop off at most Rochester hotels and motels for registered guests.
For Rochester area residents, we pick up and drop off at the Kahler Grand Hotel,
St. Mary's Hospital (west entrance), and the Microtel on 41st Street NW.
How many people do you pick up at one time?
Up to 10 passengers with 2 pieces of luggage each. If you have more
luggage please make the reservation agent aware of this and a small fee
may be added to your ticket.
Do you have ADA vans? If so, does your ADA van have a lift
(Manual or Power)?

Do you knock on the door?
No, customers must be waiting in hotel lobby or at curb.
Are your vehicles non-smoking?
Do you provide car seats?
No, car seats must be provided by the parent.
Do you allow animals in your vehicles?
Yes, we allow guests to bring crated pets. Service animals are not
required to be crated. There is an additional $10 fee for all pet carriers.
The crate must fit in back of van with the luggage. If you have a large pet
crate please call to make arrangements.
How far in advance do I need to make my reservation?
We recommend that you make your reservation at least 24 hours prior to
travel or as soon as you know your travel plans.
Do your reservation agents make confirmation calls?
If your reservation is made online you will get a confirmation email.
If your reservation is made by phone, the agent will ask you to confirm
the information before the reservation is completed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to travel. Failure to do
so may result in charges to your credit card.

What airports do you serve?
GO Rochester Direct services the Minneapolis St Paul International Airport
(MSP) including both the Main Terminal 1 (LimberghTerminal) and Terminal 2 (HHH)
We do transport passengers occasionally from the Minneapolis-St. Paul
International Airport to the Rochester Airport. This is usually a result of a
missed or cancelled flight from MSP to RST. There is an additional $10 fee
for Rochester Airport drops. We do not pick up at the Rochester Airport.
do I find you at the airport?
Our desk is located in the Ground Transportation Atrium at the Lindbergh
(main) terminal. This link has more information on finding our MSP airport desk.
should I do if my flight is late?
Although we would like to wait for all passengers before departing, we
do need to keep our schedule in order to be fair to all of our passengers.
If you miss your reservation, come to the airport desk and we will put you
on the next available shuttle. If you miss the last shuttle of the day, you
have several options. Immediate transportation is available by taxi or car
rental at the airport. Otherwise, you could spend the night at the airport or
a hotel near the airport and take one of our shuttles the next morning.
often do your shuttles leave the airport?
We operate on a shuttle schedule. Keep in mind that holidays and peak
travel days may have some changes.
Do you have AAA, senior or any discounts? Yes.
kids ride free?
Sorry, small people still take up a seat so there is a charge
but it is a discounted rate.
there a round trip fare?
Yes, you save $3.00 when you book a roundtrip.
I have to pre-pay?
In order to make a reservation, pre-payment is required.
Walk up customers may pay at time of travel with cash,
local check, or credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa,
American Express, and Discover.
