Our 200 professionally-trained drivers and chauffeurs have clean driving records and background checks, and must pass DOT physicals and regular drug tests. They undergo extensive training and participate in ongoing safety seminars. Our outstanding safety record has consistently earned us numerous national recognition and awards.
GO Shuttle Express maintains an expansive fleet of 165 vans, sedans, stretch limos, luxury 6-passenger coaches, and 16-32 passenger mini-coaches. All vehicles are smoke-free, cleaned twice daily and inspected regularly. We carry more than the required insurance for your safety and protection.

Yes, we allow guests to bring crated pets. For share ride and town car service, the pet’s crate must fit at owner's feet; for exclusive service, crate must fit in back of van or in Limo.
How far in advance do I need to make my reservation?
From SeaTac Airport: Advanced reservations from the airport aren't required, but they do enable our dispatchers to schedule the right number of vans each day and help us to efficiently group other share ride guests, which keeps your wait and travel time to a minimum. You can also save money - book roundtrip between SeaTac Airport and anywhere in our service area, and save $10 off your fare (not including our already discounted scheduled service).
Reservations To SeaTac Airport: If possible, please make your reservation one or two days before your departure day. But, if you do not have that much notice, just call and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Reservations from SeaTac Airport: We offer discounted roundtrip reservations. Your reservation agent will be happy to take your return flight information over the phone or, you can make a roundtrip reservation online. If you don't have an advanced reservation for your ride home, just go to our booth on the 3rd floor of the parking garage and check in. We'll take care of you!
Non Airport Reservations: GO Shuttle Express offers private service with our exclusive sedans, limos, mini-coaches and vans. Please call our reservations department at (425) 981-7000 for more information.
Do your reservation agents make confirmation calls? Yes, our agents will call to confirm your ride the day before service.
Airport Check-in Procedures
What airports do you serve?
GO Shuttle Express is based in Seattle. We serve SeaTac Airport with our share ride and private services and all other airports with private service. Our share ride service area includes King, Pierce and Snohomish counties and we serve just about any place on a charter basis.
How do I find you at the airport?
Our booth is located on the 3rd floor of the parking garage at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Once you get your luggage in Baggage Claim, cross a sky bridge and go to the 3rd floor of the parking garage. Follow the Ground Transportation signs—our booth is in the center of the 3rd floor, between the orange and purple elevator banks (next to the airport’s ground transportation office). Our coordinators, wearing red or green jackets or vests. will help you or you may use our 24-hour check-in by phone hotline.
What should I do if my flight is late? We do not activate your reservation until you check in with our coordinators. You must check in to activate your reservation.
How often do your shuttles leave the airport? From the time you check in with our coordinators it can take up to 20 minutes, depending on the peak time. Your reservation does mean you will get priority ahead of “walk-ups” without reservations. Do not expect a van to be waiting for you, however. You will be subject to being assigned a van after reserved guests who’ve checked in ahead of you. We route guests together as they check in at the booth and as our van supply allows.
Do you have AAA, senior or any discounts? Yes.
Do kids ride free? For all of our airport transfers, children 12 and under ride free per paying adult. So, for example, if you have two adults and two children (12 and under), the two children ride free. If you have one adult and two children, one of the children rides free.
Is there a round trip fare? How much? Yes, you save $5.00 off each way when you book a roundtrip.
Do I have to pre-pay?
No. You may pay the driver directly with cash, local check, credit/debit card or traveler's check on the day of travel. We accept all the major credit cards (Master, Visa, American Express, Discover and Diners). We also accept Master card and Visa debit cards. You can also prepay with your credit card by calling our reservations department or by choosing the credit card option when making your online reservation.
