A shared-ride is an economical transportation option that allows passengers heading in the same geographic direction to save money by traveling together.
If you are booking only the destination portion of your transportation, choose the "from the airport" option on the reservation form. If you are booking transportation for both departure and arrival airports, book the departure transportation first. You will then be given the option of booking service for your destination airport.
Fares vary based on distance and city served. To determine your fare, fill out the pick-up and drop-off information on the reservation form. The fare will pop up. You are under no obligation to complete the reservation, however.
To change a reservation, please click on the Manage link. You may also visit the Contact Us page to submit a request for assistance. Please have your reservation number available.

For Shared Ride and Private Vehicle reservations

  1. Step 1: Exit the double doors outside the Baggage Claim Area.
  2. Step 2: Head upstairs to the Upper Departures/Ticketing Level. You can reach the upper level either by stair, escalator or elevator. All Shared-Ride pickups must occur curbside on the Upper Departure/Ticketing Level at the “Ride Service” sign lettered A-F.
  3. Step 3: At this time, if you have not received a phone call from us, please call our Dispatch Department at 1-800-733-8267 and select option 3 or our Vehicle Status Line at 1-310-464-0372.
  4. Step 4: Provide the Dispatch Agent with your reservation number. The agent will check you in and provide the latest information regarding your reservation.

For Executive Sedan, Luxury SUV or Private Van reservations

  1. Step 1: Exit the double doors outside of the Baggage Claim Area.
  2. Step 2: Go to the White Curb which is the loading and unloading Passenger area.
  3. Step 3: At this time, if you have not received a phone call from us, please call our Dispatch Department at 1-800-733-8267 and select option 3 or our Vehicle Status Line at 1-310-464-0372.
  4. Step 4: Provide the Dispatch Agent with your reservation number. The agent will check you in and provide the latest information regarding your reservation.

Each passenger may have two bags and two personal items. Extra fees may be applied for additional luggage. Some size restrictions do apply.

Typically, to the airport the pick-up time is set at a minimum of two hours for domestic flights and three prior to international. The shuttle is given a window of 15 minutes so please be ready by the pick-up time provided. From the airport your van will typically arrive within 20 minutes of checking in; however, wait times will increase depending upon the airport, terminal, arrival time and weather conditions.
Drop-off times vary on the amount of stops, traffic and traffic conditions and the distance between your destination and the airport.
The order in which the drop-offs are schedule depends on the assigned stops and traffic conditions. If you prefer, we do offer private car services.
We have vehicles and agents available online to assist you 24/7.
Shared ride reservations cannot make stops. For exclusive and charter reservations, you may make stops along the way to your drop-off location; however, additional charges may apply.

After you make your on-line reservation, you'll be asked if you want to register for the GO Airport Shuttle Frequent Rider program. By doing so, you will have the option to enroll in our mileage program where you can earn airline miles every time you ride with GO.
