If you are booking transportation for both departure and arrival at O'Hare Airport, book the departure transportation first. You will then be given the option of booking service for O'Hare.
O'Hare shuttle fares vary based on distance and city served. To determine your fare, fill out the pick-up and drop-off information on the reservation form. The fare will pop up. You are under no obligation to complete the reservation, however.

At O’Hare: Find our highly visible GO counter near the Luggage Carousels in Terminal 1 (1E ) next to Starbucks, Terminal 2 (2E ) across from Delta Baggage claim, Terminal 3 (3E) across from Starbucks and terminal 5 (5E) exit across from McDonalds.

At 5E we pick up in the second lane outside.

Yes. At O’Hare, head to the highly visible GO counters near the Luggage Carousels:

  • Terminal 1 (1E ) next to Starbucks
  • Terminal 2 (2E ) across from Delta Baggage claim
  • Terminal 3 (3E) across from Starbucks
  • Terminal 5 (5E) exit across from McDonalds. At 5E we pick up in the second lane outside.
  • Speak with an agent at the kiosk to purchase a ride. if no agent is available you can purchase your ticket with a driver or book over phone with a reservation agent 844-787-1670.

Each passenger may have two bags and two personal items. Extra fees may be applied for additional luggage. Some size restrictions do apply.

Typically, to the airport the pick-up time is set at a minimum of two hours for domestic flights and three prior to international. The shuttle is given a window of 15 minutes so please be ready by the pick-up time provided. From the airport your van will typically arrive within 20 minutes of checking in; however, wait times will increase depending upon the airport, terminal, arrival time and weather conditions.
Drop-off times vary on the amount of stops, Chicago traffic and traffic conditions and the distance between your destination and the airport.
The order in which the drop-offs are schedule depends on the assigned stops and traffic conditions. If you prefer, we do offer private car services.

We have vehicles available 24/7 and have agents working at the airport at the following times:

  • Terminal 1 5 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Chicago Shared ride reservations cannot make stops. For exclusive and charter reservations, you may make stops along the way to your drop-off location; however, additional charges may apply.
