The very 1st time I booked there was a last minute issue for van to pick me up at a hotel to Dallas Lovefield Airport. Unknown to me a cab was engaged by Go to pick me up and I was dropped at the airport on time!! Now that is reliability. Even if you are one rider the van will pick you up and drop you. I used Go on 3 round trips to/ from airport since then. This is the best van service I have seen. Finally they offer the best price from airport to hotel in Dallas area. Booking is easy and customer service is just fine.

a 5 for the friendliness and professionalism of your staff. I have taken your shuttle a few times over the years and always find that your drivers and desk staff treated me well. A 1 for the music of Kenny G. I can't stand Kenny G. Nothing worse than listening to Kenny G from the airport to the hotel. Please, no more Kenny G. A jazz fusion variety would be great or just any variety. Skip the hip-hop or rap music too. Have a nice day in ST Louis

I received a 10% off code email which said it was for travel through April 15, 2015. However, when I tried to book a shuttle, the code was only good through March 15, 2015.

We throughly enjoyed our ride fro Ft. Lauderdale Airport to our condo in Miami. very friendly driver and a safe driver. We also used Goshuttle to get from the port in Miami to a hotel in Ft. lauderdale. We had a town car and had an excellent experience. We will def use again in the future.

GO shuttle works well when we use it, but why does your organization keep sending me email discount rewards that are NEVER valid in my home city (Seattle)? Please stop sending me these emails unless they can be used in Seattle.

Wish you would have reward offers for Milwaukee. I keep getting emails about rewards and read the fine print to see that Milwaukee is not included.

As a regular user I recommended Go airport share ride for someone from UK but at FLL she was told there is none at that time! Is there really a time cutoff for share ride? Waiting zone may have a NO SMOKING area !!!

I booked via your website a ride when arriving at STL in November 2014. I missed my plane due to congestion and was unable to contact you successfully to re-arrange for a new time. You billed me of course but I got no ride. Can you please credit me this amount and I'll use you next time i'm in STL which will be in Feb 2015.

Trip down from Minneapolis terminal #2 on December 4, 2014 was wonderful. The driver was courteous & considerate. But the trip back up to Minneapolis on Jan. 6, 2015 the driver was so busy talking to a passenger in front that he forgot to pick up passengers at a local hotel in Rochester and remembered after we got out of town so we had to turn around and drive back. He was so busy talking with this passenger on the way up to the airport that I felt he wasn't concentrating on the road & with the weather being bad it was a little concerning.

It is very irritating to get email coupons or discounts that in small print say not good in Connecticut - which is where I live. Why are they not good in CT?

I've liked using GO Airport Shuttle for getting to the airport from my home in Arlington... however, for the past 3 trips, I have gone to Super Shuttle. The reason is that your site does not allow me to be picked up at my home. This is a change from before and I don't know if this was a decision made by your management or what... but, I'm not going to make my wife get up at 5 in the morning to take me to a nearby hotel... If I'm missing something, let me know, but I couldn't figure any way to enter my address for pick up...
