Coconut Grove Arts Festival
This three-day festival in February brings together the finest arts and craftsmen from all over the world. Beginning in the 1960s, is one of the state’s most successful and highly anticipated of the year.
Every March, this huge Hispanic street festival takes over Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood in a celebration of Latin community and culture. Join the massive crowds for a day of dancing and lively music on legendary 8th street.

The Ancient Spanish Monastery
This historic site in North Miami Beach was built in 1925. It’s advertised as the oldest building in the Western Hemisphere, as it was originally built in 12th century Spain, and dismantled and brought to Florida in the early 20th century.
