Winter Equestrian Festival

Calling all horse lovers! Winter in Palm Beach holds one of the area’s biggest equestrian events, with competitions, exhibits, and more. The venue in Wellington is only a short shuttle ride from Palm Beach.

Everglades Day Festival

This eco-festival is one of the year’s most highly anticipated local events. In celebration of The Everglades, an ecosystem famous the world over, join the crowds at the Arthur R. Marshall Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge for a day of fun and education.

SunFest

In April, Florida’s largest waterfront music and art fest brings together world-class musicians from all genres and huge crowds of music lovers. Swim up to floating bars, board a party boat, or dance in front of any of the live stages – you’re sure to have a great time!


The Ballpark of the Palm Beaches

This local baseball stadium is one of the best places to catch a sports event while you’re in town.

John D. MacArthur Beach State Park

Named after the famed businessman and philanthropist, this beach is beloved by locals and visitors alike.

Peanut Island

This island off of the mouth of the Lake Worth Inlet was created in 1918. Today, it is a wonderful spot for picnics, nature exploration, watersports, and snorkeling. There’s even a secret 1960’s bunker that once belonged to President Kennedy!

Palm Beach Zoo

This non-profit soo in Dreher Park houses more than 550 animals over 23 acres. This is a great place to spend the day with children of all ages.

There are several walking tours around Palm Beach to check out historical and architectural hot spots around town. Downtown West Palm Beach History Strolls offers several seasonal one hour tours that will showcase the evolution of the city. Spady Museum offers a Ride and Remember trolley Tour of Delray Beach showcases the five historic districts in Delray Beach and their cultural history.
